Cancel or change a subscription
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Quiet Pro.
Restore a purchase
On a new iPhone, open Quiet and tap any Pro feature to see the plans, then tap Restore purchases. Use the Apple Account you bought with.
Delete your data
Long-press a scan on the home screen and choose Delete scan, or swipe left on it in All scans. Deleting the app removes everything Quiet keeps on your iPhone; we never receive a copy. Your own iCloud or computer backups may still hold an older copy until they're replaced.
Your privacy
No account, no tracking, and audio is never recorded. Read the privacy policy.

Which iPhones does Quiet work on?
Quiet needs the LiDAR scanner, so it works on iPhone 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max and every Pro and Pro Max model since. It needs iOS 17 or later.
Is Quiet a sound level meter?
Quiet uses your iPhone's microphone to compare loudness between rooms and between times of day. That makes it great for finding the quietest room, but it isn't a certified sound level meter and it isn't a medical device.
Does Quiet record audio?
No. Each slice of sound becomes a loudness number in memory and is thrown away. Only those numbers are kept, on your iPhone, to draw the map.
How long does a scan take?
Most homes take a few minutes. Trace the walls first, then walk everywhere you would sit, sleep or work. The map is painted where you walk.
Can I scan more than one floor?
One floor per scan. For a house, scan each floor on its own.
When should I scan?
Noise changes through the day. For sleep, scan after 10 PM; for a home office, scan during working hours. With Pro you can compare two scans room by room.
What does Quiet Pro add?
Verdicts for sleep, a baby, a home office and recording; where noise gets in; day vs night comparison; a PDF report; unlimited saved scans; and sharing without the Made with Quiet mark. The yearly plan starts with a 3-day free trial.
How do I cancel or restore a purchase?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. To restore Pro on a new iPhone, open any Pro feature in Quiet and tap Restore purchases.
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No account, ever. Scanning and scoring happen on your iPhone; you only need a connection to buy Pro.
